The Savyolovsky Court of Moscow fined Kagarlitsky 40 thousand rubles, a sociologist for not labeling a foreign agent in his publications. “Kagarlitsky was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the court said.
