On March 7, 2023, Dmitry Ivanov was sen­tenced to eight and a half years in prison charged under the crim­i­nal arti­cle on dis­sem­i­nat­ing “fakes” about the Russian army (Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Update: September 26, 2023 The appeal against Dmitry Ivanov’s sen­tence was to be con­sid­ered. But the court post­poned the hear­ing to October 24, 2023. Dmitry Ivanov, who is in a Chuvash pre-tri­al deten­tion cen­ter, is being trans­ferred to Moscow.
